1) Acceptance

By accessing our site or engaging our services you agree to these Terms and any project-specific agreement or statement of work (SOW).

2) Use of site

3) Projects & payments

• Quotes are based on scope; out-of-scope work is billed separately.
• Payments typically milestone-based (e.g., 40/40/20) unless agreed otherwise.
• Late payments may pause delivery.

4) Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables (code, assets) unless noted in the SOW. We may reuse generic, non-confidential tooling and know-how.

5) Confidentiality

Both parties will keep non-public information confidential, using it solely for the project.

6) Warranties & liability

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. We disclaim other warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law. Liability is limited to the amounts paid for the relevant services.

7) Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach or convenience with written notice; you’ll be invoiced for work completed and non-recoverable expenses.

8) Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws unless the SOW specifies otherwise.
